Job Details

The successful candidate must possess strong business process experience as well as analytical, project management and communication skills. This person will need to be able to quickly learn the business and technology domain and be able to apply the knowledge in conjunction with his/her business analysis skills.

This role will primarily be focused on supporting the Product to Cash process and policy excellence initiatives. This would include performing process improvement assessments and solution, business process management, business process documentation, an understanding of SOX controls and sound governance principles. The Process and Policy Excellence team (as part of Revenue Operations under Finance) supports the Product to Cash global business process operations. Our vision and goal of this team is to lead and optimize our policy, processes, data insights, and KPI/Metrics to scale our business.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide data insights
  • Identify and make recommendations on areas for improvements related to SOX
  • Manage overall SOX program for the various departments we support
  • Run necessary monitoring reports and analyze for required actions
  • Apply knowledge, skills and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Effective in implementing new and improved processes
  • Create, maintain and execute project plans
  • Assist in managing the data integrity of internal pricelists
  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3-4 years business process, consulting, product management or a similar experience
  • Must be a self-starter and a proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints, and with minimal supervision; Desire to roll-up your sleeves to see a project to successful completion
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as proven relationship-management skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels, including senior executive levels
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Strong analytics skills in Excel (or similar) to analyze data to develop insights and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong powerpoint (or similar) skills; ability to use slides to make a persuasive presentation
  • Familiarity with CRM and data management
  • Product to Cash domain knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Ability to set a vision for project and drive decision making to move efforts forward.
  • Experience in project management and working cross-functionally
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
