Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management

Salary:

$88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract:

Permanent

Hours:

37.5 hours, 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Location:

Coast Salish Territories: Metro Vancouver: Sinclair office - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy).

About the role



As a Senior Analyst, portfolio Management, you will be responsible for providing leadership, work planning, development, implementation and oversight to financial, budget and portfolio management across IMIT, and strategic planning coordination in support of OCIO and FNHA Multi-Year Health Plan (MYHP) goals and objectives, including those required by the VP, IMIT & CIO.

About you



To be successful in this role you will have -

Education



Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, technology, engineering or related field, and 5 to 7 years of relevant, recent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Occupational Certification



A recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, CFA or CGA) or PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset

Experience



Minimum 3 years of experience in financial, project or portfolio management Experience with customer relations and strategic planning Experience and knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture is an asset

Knowledge



Advance knowledge in MS office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in planning and organizational skills to achieve objectives

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
