Closing Date: March 10, 2025Position SummaryThe Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team plans and implements key strategic Digital programs and projects to deliver outcomes benefiting UHN and the health system. The Sr. Analyst, Change Management and Benefits Realization provides consultative support on best practices, plans project and operational activities, administers tools and templates, and develops deliverables to support readiness for change, change adoption, and benefits realization among Digital teams and UHN's broader workforce. As a member of the PMO, the successful candidate will work in close partnership with a broad range of stakeholders, bringing the right teams together to streamline the demand, end-to-end delivery, and operational services in order to mobilize change and achieve value.An exciting opportunity is available to showcase your talents as a Senior Analyst supporting the Change Management portfolio. This position will deliver solutions that are data-driven, bring value to our stakeholders, and achieve UHN's business objectives. We are seeking a results-driven, innovative individual who can take initiative to help implement various types of digital projects that support clinicians, researchers, and corporate areas.
