Reporting to the Director, HR Systems and People Analytics, the position plays a pivotal role in maturing the People Analytics function.

This role is responsible for the people analytics infrastructure, the design and implementation of digital transformation and automation of workforce reporting, building complex, scalable and high-impact workforce analysis for insights and action plans to influence organizational decision making.

What You Get To Do:

  • Responsible for people analytics infrastructure, including scaling, building, and evolving the current people analytics capability as well as defining the strategy and building out the key functions in the people analytics space.
  • Stay current with trends in People Analytics and find enhancement opportunity in terms of practice, process, technology, governance etc., and provide input to shape the long-term vision of People Analytics
  • Utilize BI / Data Visualization tools and advanced techniques (e.g. build complex reports & dashboards) to translate analysis into insightful and relevant data story.
  • Develop the data model for scalable and high-impact workforce analytics for insights and action plans to influence organizational decision making.
  • Develop BI solutions for corporate-level reporting and be responsible for the delivered results.
  • Responsible to train and mentor the Analyst, People Analytics to enable them to accomplish their work independently and make recommendations on steps to take to advance their career in People Analytics.
  • Participate in the on-going HR Data Governance meeting to discuss issues around data integrity and assist in formulating or executing solutions.
Who you are:
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • CPHR - preferred along with a certification in any of the following: Data Analytics, People Analytics, Data Science or Power Platforms
  • Minimum 7 years\' progressive experience in the area of information analysis, including building data modeling and analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data involving business plans, human capital, and economics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in written reports.
  • You are a team leader and a team player, willingness to help others to grow together, and willingness in all other aspects of work, including those outside of core responsibility
  • Have strong BI and HR systems knowledge (e.g. Oracle HCM / OTBI preferred, and PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP/Success factors considered as asset).
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, with ability to work with datasets from various data sources, create complex data models, DAX (data analysis expressions), KPI metrics, role level security setup and training materials
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, synthesize and communicate complex information to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders in a logical and concise manner.
