Under the general direction of the Director, Business Intelligence, the Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics will partner with senior marketing team members to identify and drive opportunities to improve marketing performance. They will work with leaders across the business to design and implement A/B tests. They will provide action-oriented analysis through the use of Looker reports and other analytical tools.
This role ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Accountabilities:
Design and create Looker reports that clearly convey results and drive action
Recommend marketing strategy based on the design and analysis of A/B tests
Support leaders across the business with custom analytics requests
Streamline and automate monthly marketing processes
Develop SQL scripts to generate customer lists for targeted marketing offerings
Educational and Functional Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.)
Minimum 2 years in professional services (e.g. management consulting, investment banking) or in an analytical role
Minimum 2 years' experience with data visualization tools
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated quantitative skills ie: SQL
