Job Description

Temporary position for 12 months.


As a Senior Advisor, Marketing & Communication Planning, you will develop measurable marketing and communication plans that align to business objectives, incorporate industry innovation, and leverage appropriate channels (digital and traditional). Implement an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan to advance brand awareness and help achieve other business and client objectives. Support brand consistency and build brand awareness through campaigns and brand validation. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as a subject matter expert understanding the organization and La Personnelle line of business. You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to:

Contribute to the planning and design of marketing and content strategy, as well as its production and execution. Manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional and related materials. Analyze marketing and communication programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics for increased effectiveness. Lead marketing communication planning, initiatives, and activities that have significant impacts on the organization. Advise your clients and partners to help them ensure the positioning, planning, development, execution, and follow-up of strategic initiatives from start to finish. Optimize sector profitability and business development. Identify important issues, analyze them, find solutions, and make recommendations to decision-making bodies. Represent your unit before decision-making bodies.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline. A minimum of six years of relevant experience. Please note that other combinations of training and relevant experience may be considered Intermediate experience in marketing automation Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
