They will play a key role in the advertising practice transformation to support BDC\xe2\x80\x99s growth ambitions, brand building and impact on Canadian entrepreneurs.CHALLENGES TO BE METManages and maintains the AdTech ecosystem to ensure optimal activation and measurement capabilities.Collaborates with a cross-functional team and our media agencies to implement best practices in terms of advertising measurement (incrementality experimentation, ROAS, path to conversion, audience overlap, attention, etc.), and contribution to business objectives.Provides deep dive analysis and insights on campaign performance and recommends optimizations for each channel in the media mix as well as digital activation tactics.Has a strong focus on campaign cost efficiency.Defines a test framework, elaborates an on-going learning agenda for new channel adoption or audience activation, and ensures successful delivery.Identifies new media audience opportunities based on our data or third-party sources.Develops the advertising data strategy in collaboration with the Advertising Data Scientist.Defines advertising campaign reporting and oversees the delivery.Works in collaboration with a data scientist to develop scoring models for audience building and advanced reporting and defines the targets for the year.Stays abreast of the ever-changing advertising landscape latest trends, platform algorithms and policy changes, and constantly adapts the plan to support BDC\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, e-business, marketing, communications, a related field.At least 7 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong knowledge of advertising platforms and a focus on optimization and performance.Digital or Media agency experience (an asset).Experience or knowledge of the financial industry, entrepreneurship domain or B2B sector (an asset).Mastery of digital media advertising in terms of audience building and activation, campaign set up and reporting capabilities.Excellent understanding of Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery, Ads Data Hub, Looker.A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Expertise in data modeling tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) \xe2\x80\x93 An asset.Excellent understanding of the ever-changing advertising landscape.Proactive, independent, results-oriented person, problem-solving skills and team player.Proficient in project management with effective time and priority management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with partners, business units and stakeholders to achieve common goals.Bilingualism (French and English).Proudly one of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s Top 100 Employers and one of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s Best Diversity Employers, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible environment where all employees can thrive and feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
