Although we are currently in the North American market, we see great opportunity to expand our markets. To support this, we are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst.

The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts receivable for our broker partners and provides administrative support through the tracking, payment, reconciliation of the accounts. The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst creates a variety of standard and customized reports using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Receive, investigate and/or resolve collections of outstanding Premium Receivables

  • Effectively and appropriately escalate Premium Accounting findings/discrepancies to the business

  • Organize regular meetings with Underwriting and Operations departments in order to resolve any billing and collections issues

  • Monitor and ensure timely payment application.

  • Effectively and appropriately escalate billing or collections roadblocks for all business in a timely manner

  • Research and resolve customer A/R issues

  • Prepare aging reports and other related reports as required.

  • Ensure any cash application issues/challenges are escalated to permit quick resolution

  • Ad-hoc projects as and when required


Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Experience in an insurance premium accounting environment will be considered an asset

  • 10+ years experience in a similar role

  • Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

  • Must be detail oriented and have experience with collections

  • Intermediate or Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software

  • High level of accuracy/attention to detail
