The Accounting Manager will manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, experience in managing a team in multiple time zones, and a background in auditing.

The primary duties are:
? Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
? Manage and oversee the monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting process, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
? Develop and manage the annual budget and monthly forecasting process.
? Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements, including leading the annual audit process and working with external auditors.
? Led the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to support business decision-making.
? Manage and develop the finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
? Cross-border business travel may be required.
? Perform other related duties as assigned by Directors.
Business travel to the US, so a US visa is a must!
f. Qualification and Skills requirement
? Fluent in written and verbal English. Fluent Mandarin will be an asset.
? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
? 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least three years in a leadership role.
? Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting requirements
? Experience with auditing, including leading the annual audit process and working with external auditors.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
? Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a accounting team.
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software
