You will work alongside and complement our talented technical sales team, engineers, designers, and fabricators/welders. - Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data
- Perform financial auditing to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to maintain financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in financial services or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
