We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company\'s financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. We are a growing Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. The qualified individual will also be working on managing and closing Real Estate Transactions. - Manage all aspects of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and account reconciliation. - Utilize accounting software such QuickBooks to Maintain Financial Records - Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management. - Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy. **Requirements:** - Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies - CPA designation or significant process toward obtainment of designation, CA or international equivalent - Strong financial acumen and analytical agility
