Job Description
A well-established marketing Company is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team in Etobicoke, ON.
The Senior Accountant will be acting as the 2IC to the Controller and their responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Drafting of financial statements
- Analyzing the financial statements
- Completing the journal entries for month-end and year-end
- Finalizing balance sheet recons and bank recons
- Preparing the inter-company accounts and reconciliations for 5 companies
- Manage a team of 3 staff members (2 Accountants and 1 Bookkeeper)
- Providing guidance and leadership to the other finance team members

- CPA designated or studying towards CFE
- 4+ years\' experience
- Experience within the marketing/advertising sector is ideal
