Job Description
Hybrid Accountant wanted for a real estate holding company based in Downtown Vancouver!We are working with a small sized real estate holding company, located in downtown Vancouver. They have recently acquired a number of large, commercial properties and looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper to support their team.THE ROLE
- Full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Bank/Visa Reconciliations
- Quarterly reporting (GST, PST, WCB)
- Preparing financial reports
- Year end Closing and Assisting Auditors for year end
- Cash flow forecasting
- 3+ years of general accounting knowledge
- CPA Designation or near completion is highly desired
- An accounting degree/diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in real estate or public accounting is preferred but not essential
- Sage 50/QuickBooks experience is preferred
- $75,00-$85,000
- 2-3 Weeks Vacation
