7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: the Candidate must have current experience selling to Canada's National Retailers. No other experience will be reviewed for this position.



COUNSELTRON LTD., a privately owned importer of consumer goods for the past 40 years, is looking for a Bilingual Senior National Account Manager. This sales role will focus on product placement into to Canada's top retailers. This person will be provided National and Regional Accounts and will require setting up meetings with these prospective accounts and laser focusing on opening these retail doors with our products.

Job Summary


The BILINGUAL Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand market presence in QUEBEC and other markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive NEW top-line sales while also upselling within current accounts and focusing on win-win solutions. Focus on margin profitability, relationships and consultative selling. Work closely with Marketing and Product Managers to innovate, implement, and launch product lines. Actively pursue new business opportunities with new and current customer base and maintain a sales pipeline. Maintain close contact with all assigned customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes. Ensure proper execution and tracking of the assigned accounts through close analysis of weekly sales activities to ensure annual budget is achieved and exceeded. Control discretionary expenses to meet company profit guidelines. Understand how to facilitate team processes and appreciate the big picture. Maintain open communication with team members and other departments. Accept responsibilities with accountability and follow up. Display confidence in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and diligent work habits. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Lead project management efforts for new business initiatives Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Experience



Bilingual Verbal and written knowledge of the French/English language required Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans University degree OR College Diploma in business, marketing, or related. 7+ years of proven successful sales track record required within the Consumer Goods- Health or Cookware industry. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (verbal/written). Capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably and independently. Able to think logically around issues & tasks and provide solutions. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management. Proficient in MS Office. A true ability to open doors and close business in these class of trades
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
