We're currently seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead our growth across Eastern Canada, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the foodservice sector, along with strong regional connections and a passion for sustainable solutions.

Position Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead business development and account management across Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. This role is pivotal in driving growth, nurturing key relationships, and aligning regional strategies with national objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management

Build and sustain strong partnerships with restaurant operators within the assigned region, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Strategic Customer Engagement

Plan and execute impactful customer visits, including presentations, business reviews, and program rollouts that drive value and innovation.

Distributor Collaboration

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key foodservice distributors to ensure alignment on account objectives and execution of sales initiatives that drive market expansion.

Identify and engage prospective distribution partners within the assigned territory to enhance product availability and visibility among restaurant operators.Represent the company at customer sales meetings and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility and market intelligence.

Performance Analysis & Growth

Evaluate account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer outcomes.

Strategic Advocacy

Act as a voice for customer needs and regional opportunities within Gallimore's Senior Leadership Team, contributing to broader company strategy.

Market Expansion

Research and pursue new account opportunities within the targeted regions, driving sustainable growth.

Adaptability

Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
