We\'re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive who is hungry to take their career to the next level and drive our brand growth into current and new markets. This role will oversee and handle key prospect conversations as well as support the sales team and optimize results to achieve business growth objectives. Responsibilities
  • Be a subject-matter expert in all things Fintel Connect and the financial services industry
  • Answer incoming sales & email inquiries from prospects
  • Conduct outreach to qualified leads and understand prospects\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Convert qualified prospects into successfully closed opportunities
  • Support new customers through their onboarding process as needed
  • Gather market insights to inform our growth strategy, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities
  • Strong ability to establish rapport with prospective clients and handle conversations with higher level executives comfortably and confidently
  • Deliver strategic reporting to senior leadership to provide insights on performance, trends and achievements
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, public relations, business, or related field
  • 5+ years in sales or business development
  • 2+ years\' experience selling a SaaS product to small businesses as an AE, SDR/BDR, or sales manager
  • Direct experience with inbound and outbound sales funnels
  • Experience in managing a team is considered an asset
  • Proven experience working with customers and prospective clients in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills with strong attention-to-detail
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing an asset
  • Knowledge of financial services and the industry an asset
