We are looking for an upbeat and dedicated individual to join our finance team as a Bilingual Account Analyst. This role is responsible for preparing various sophisticated accounting entries. To complete analysis of all cash transactions and crafting accurate accounting entries. Effectively recommends process improvements, ensures audit controls, and ensures requirements are followed and met.

This position is a huge asset in assisting the management team in spotting trends, identifying issues and recommending resolutions.

What you\'ll do

• 
  Prepare sophisticated accounting entries.
• 
  Complete analysis of all cash transactions
• 
  Monitors efficiency of implemented controls
• 
  Quarterly reports on controls
• 
  Gathering data, compiling management reports and writing a commentary on the Financial performance of the billing operations
• 
  Analyze information and apply new metrics.
• 
  Recommending issue resolution

What you\'ll bring:

• 
  College or University Degree is majoring in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• 
  CPA or enrolled in CPA Program is an asset
• 
  Two years of high-level accounting/finance experience.
• 
  Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• 
  Sophisticated PC skills in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• 
  Decision-making is required to gather and analyze data; the report\'s validity and quality will impact Billing Management decisions.
• 
  Insurance experience, with a preference in Accounts Receivable/Finance.
• 
  Knowledge of ORACLE, General, and RTM is an asset.
