Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior ABA Therapist to join our dedicated behavioral health team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will guide a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality care, accurate data collection, and effective treatment plans. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to individualized treatment plans based on behavioral therapy principles. Oversee data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Conduct comprehensive clients assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations, to develop tailored intervention strategies. Facilitate communication with families about treatment goals, progress updates, and behavioral health strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities in a clinical or educational setting. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods. Experience conducting patient assessments Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of clients care and safety. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Education in psychology, special education, social work or related field.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
