Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information about vehicles. Building and maintaining relationships with clients. Communicating with clients via various channels like phone, email, text, and in person. Managing leads and sales using CRM systems, social media, etc. Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the dealership's success.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is desired, automotive sales experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Personable with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.

Compensation:

The

pay range

based on commissions

, with earnings depending on the sales consultant's performance. The
