Macro Truck Sales specializes in the sale of heavy commercial trucks and trailers.. We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in selling and facilitating the sale of commercial equipment from Canada to the United States.
Position Overview
The successful candidate must have direct, hands-on experience in the sale of commercial equipment from Canada to U.S. clients. This role requires managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and educating buyers about the sales and cross-border processes. While the Sales Representative will not be arranging the physical logistics, they must have the knowledge and experience to confidently guide clients through the requirements involved in exporting trucks and equipment to the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients purchasing Canadian heavy commercial trucks
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Educate clients on Canada-U.S. sales and cross-border requirements, ensuring clarity on processes and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Stay current on industry trends in the Canadian and U.S. truck markets
Qualifications
Must have direct experience in the sales and movement of commercial equipment from Canada to the USA
Proven success in heavy commercial truck sales
Strong B2B sales background
Working knowledge of cross-border export requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential for high performers.
