Alpha Integrated is growing and we need to expand our team! We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for the right person to fill a Security Technician spot. If you\xe2\x80\x99ve got a passion to learn then we\xe2\x80\x99re willing to teach. We offer:

- High school diploma. Relevant post-secondary education/certification is an asset.
- Availability to work days, weekends and evenings.

- Excellent English Communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and/or electronics and/or electrical is a must
- Install and/or service alarm systems, closed circuit television, card access systems, and networking
- Support all customers by providing courteous and professional service via phone and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with each client by setting, and demonstrating a standard of excellence.
- Provide additional on-site customer-centric security solutions.
- Undertake special projects regarding commercial and residential customers.
- Perform \xe2\x80\x9cLife Safety\xe2\x80\x9d Evaluations on all service visits.
- Inform customers of new security solutions available.
