Position is 100% REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Having work experience with specific tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Elastic, Cloudflare and Area One, as well as with Fortinet and CISCO products is mandatory.

Your role

Make sure that integrations with different security systems are well done and fully functional
Act as a liaison between the architects and the security team;
Ensure ongoing support of the IT security infrastructure (firewall, web filtering, web firewall, antivirus, perimeter security, IDS/IPS, vulnerability identification, DDoS attack monitoring).
Understand and maximize the use of APIs and integration points of the different security systems in order to maximize automation between the company\'s different security systems.
Be on the lookout for and recommend all possible improvements to the company\'s security systems, integrations, automations, etc. in order to constantly optimize the functioning of the Operational Security group.
Support members of the operational team in the detection and resolution of security incidents;
Establish, document and maintain operational security processes and procedures;
Support the Governance, Architecture and GIA teams with their integrations;
Actively participate in the development and evolution of the security plan;
Ensure the evolution and maximize the use as well as support of the security solutions in place;
Produce and regularly present operational security management indicators/dashboards to demonstrate the effectiveness of the measures and processes in place.

The qualifications we are looking for

Hold a university degree in computer science or the equivalent;
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT;
Be organized and meticulous;
Be an excellent communicator;
Know how to plan and manage priorities
Ability to analyze and make decisions
Effective delegation capacity
Asset: experience with Microsoft Sentinel & Elastic, Cloudflare & Area One, Fortinet & CISCO products.
