Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Our expectations

Under the IT Telecom & Telephony Chief, the Phone system admin is responsible for the management and evolution of the actual phone system and CallCenter systems.

Your role

Work with Entreprise Architects;
Design detailed solutions based on Architect\'s plans and by required criteria;
Establish plans for lab tests and results presentation;
Write documentation on the solution and integration strategy with other systems;
Define Deployment strategies;
Manage CallCenter solution and insure its evolution;
Support technical team over deployment tasks and operations;
Place support requests to designated vendors and suppliers;
Insure Phone system and CallCenter system\'s updates and upgrades;
Document knowledge base in an incident oriented approach;
Train support team on optimal application usage in telecom services;
Setup and maintain National CallCenters;
Make external phone capabilities analysis and recommendations.

The qualifications we are looking for

College degree or University degree in IT or equivalent;
8 to 10 years experience In Cisco Telephony;
2 to 3 years experience in Inbound CallCenters;
Expertise in IP Phone protocols such as SIP, Voice Codecs, LAN and WAN networking, etc.;
Expertise in voice services on ISR ;
Expertise on local phone Survivability;
SIP-Trunking experience with telco;
ITIL Process experience;
Problem resolution abilities;
Work under pressure;
Teamwork is a must;
Have the ability to popularize and communicate knowledge;
Self learning ability;
Ability to adapt to changes;
Able to work outside of regular hours;

Good knowledge of MsOffice tools including Teams.
