Responsibilities for Campus Security Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties

Qualifications for Campus Security Supervisor

+ Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence + WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR Level C
+ Authorized to work in Canada
+ 1-3 years of experience in a security supervisory role
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work continental rotational shifts (days and overnights)
+ Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
