GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Treaty Entertainment is currently recruiting Security Personnel for Millbrook location. As a Security Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers, staff and property.

Availability for any shift is essential.

Current recruitment is for full time back shift(12AM-8AM) . Starting hourly probationary rate - $18.65; after probationary rate - 19.50. Also, a $2 per hour premium on hours worked from midnight12AM- 8 AM.

Full-time employments benefits include group health & dental insurance and Registered Pension Plan.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the overall security of the location, as well as staff and customers, and ensuring continuous video surveillance of the location. Responding to incidents and preparing reports. Providing first aid and CPR in case of emergencies. Reporting to the Shift Manager on a regular basis regarding ongoing security status.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 6 months to a year experience in a security role would be preferred. Excellent customer service skills experience and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (for writing reports) Criminal record check upon hiring

ABILITIES, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Must be physically fit and able to perform security patrols and other physical tasks. Excellent observation and attention to detail. Strong ability to work in a team A commitment to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
