Part-time Security Guard graveyard for Residential Property
A strata property in Richmond seeks a part-time Security Guard for graveyard shifts to provide customer service to its residents, and assistance to the strata council and property manager.
Shifts are weekends overnight plus one weekday
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must:
-
have a positive, friendly manner -
be a good communicator able to write clear reports -
be committed to customer service -
be well organized and attentive to details -
working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel -
Valid BC Security License
Previous experience in a related customer service position is an asset. (e.g. hospitality, property management assistant, front desk agent, concierge)
Role of Full-time Security Guard

The security guard team works with the strata council and strata manager, to help make residents be secure, feel welcome and be \xe2\x80\x98at home\xe2\x80\x99 in their building.
