Job Description

We are looking for a security professional with AST to work day times at a high profile site in downtown Vancouver.

Shift times: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Some of your responsibilities include:

Access control

Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public

Detailed report writing

Patrolling

Dealing with emergency situations and troubleshooting any issues.

Your Must-Haves:

BC Security License

Hold AST (Advanced Security Training) and OFA 1

Been living in Canada for minimum 5 years for clearance purposes

You have excellent problem solving skills

You can work under pressure

You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Your Nice-To-Haves:

You have a valid Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract

Interest in corrections and/or policing

Have served in the Military/RCMP/Police

Commissionaires provides security services for over 200 sites and are located in over 110 communities across the province. Our client base runs from the Federal Government to local municipalities, airports, industrial sectors, and commercial/residential buildings.
