About Us:
Disco Inferno and Wild Child Nightlife are looking to add 2-4 Security Guards to our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for responsible and personable individuals to join our team as Security Guards.
Responsibilities:
Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons and staff Check IDs at the door to enforce age restrictions and entry policies Manage guest conduct, de-escalate conflicts, and remove disruptive individuals as needed Communicate with management and staff to address potential security issues Perform regular venue checks, including patio and washroom areas Maintain a strong and professional presence at the entrance and throughout the venue Comply with all provincial regulations regarding alcohol service and safety
Qualifications:
Must be 19 years of age or older Valid Ontario Security Guard License required Valid Smart Serve is required Previous experience in hospitality or bar/nightlife security preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Weekend and late-night availability is a must
