What you'll do

Monitor and authorize access to the facility for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary. Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify vulnerabilities and ensure safety measures are in place. Document all security-related incidents through detailed reports and logs for future reference. Engage in conflict management by addressing any disturbances or disputes effectively and professionally. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Collaborate with team members to enhance security measures and develop best practices for loss prevention.

Basic qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and techniques. First aid and CPR certification; military experience is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
