Position Overview

We are currently hiring

Mobile

and

Static Security Guards

to provide security and safety services working on site. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and customer-service focused, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid

BC Security Worker License

(mandatory)*
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous security or customer-service experience is an asset Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License

(required for Mobile Security Officer role)*

Key Responsibilities

Perform mobile patrols or static site duties as assigned Ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets Monitor site activity and respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional manner Provide assistance and quality customer service when required Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports Maintain a professional presence to support a safe and secure environment Coordinate with site management and local law enforcement when necessary
