Frontline Integrated Security is expanding operations in Penticton and is seeking reliable and professional

Security Guards

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across various City facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor assigned sites to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring proper procedures are followed. Conduct regular inspections of doors, gates, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance. Lock and unlock facilities and manage gate access as scheduled. Maintain detailed written reports and incident logs. Provide assistance to the public, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Collaborate with emergency services or law enforcement when required. Administer basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations. Support loss prevention and safety initiatives to protect property and assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid

BC Security Worker License

(required). Valid

Class 5 driver's license

with clean abstract (asset). Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military considered an asset. Valid

First Aid / CPR certification

preferred. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be available for

evening and weekend shifts

as part of a rotating schedule.
