Job Summary

G-Force Security is seeking, professional, and adaptable Security Guards to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and assets.

As a

Security Guard

, you will be responsible for safeguarding property, preventing incidents, and ensuring smooth, secure operations at assigned sites.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent and visible security presence at the assigned post to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and vandalism. Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance to ensure safety and compliance with site protocols. Control access by verifying identification, logging entries and exits, and ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted. Observe and report any unusual activities, safety concerns, or potential hazards to supervisors in a timely manner. Respond professionally and effectively to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, following established procedures. Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents. Ensure security systems, gates, and access points remain secure at all times. Provide excellent customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors while maintaining professionalism and authority.

Qualifications

Valid

Ontario Security Guard Licence

(Required) Previous experience in security or law enforcement (Preferred) Familiarity with

CCTV systems

ituational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) Must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
