Job Summary

G-Force Security is seeking professional, confident, and compassionate Security Guards to join our team in Cochrane, ON and surrounding areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors, while providing support in de-escalating situations and assisting healthcare personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional, and alert security presence within healthcare facilities Greet, assist, and guide patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner Monitor and protect the safety and security of patients, assets, and property Provide patient watch and support to healthcare teams, ensuring dignity and respect at all times Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities during shifts Investigate routine incidents in accordance with policies and procedures Enforce hospital and healthcare facility policies in a professional and respectful manner Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff and other security team members Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification Security experience (healthcare setting experience preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in high-stress situations Willingness and ability to commute within Cochrane and surrounding areas
