On-Call Concierge Security Guards

to assist at our condominium sites in Toronto, ON

. The concierge security guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, residents, and visitors while providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, addressing any concerns professionally, and acting as a key point of contact for all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, professional working relationships with residents, clients, and visitors. Ensure that the privacy, and confidentiality of information of residents, clients and staff information is maintained at all times. Conduct Access Control and Interior/Exterior Patrols Monitor security and building safety systems such as CCTV, Fire, Alarms and Access Control Systems Enforce Client rules, Trespass to Property Act and Municipal By-Laws Receive and store resident's parcels, issuing parking permits, provide access to and supervision of contractors on site Complete daily logs and reports as well as incident reports as required

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security License High level of personal integrity Excellent communication skills Superior customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Problem solving skills Conflict resolution skills Able to travel to downtown Toronto

Education / Experience:

3 years or more of concierge experience is an asset

Additional industry-related training (e.g., Hospitality Training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) is an asset, but not required Completion of or enrollment in a Police Foundations, Law & Security Administration, or other relevant program is an asset, but not required

Special Certifications needed:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License CPR Certificate Level C Ontario Driver's License (if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.70 per hour
