Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and enforcement of safety protocols. This role is vital in safeguarding our property and providing peace of mind to staff and visitors alike. This role is part time suitable for students.

Responsibilities

Monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Hourly patrol of the store. Observe and report any security breaches or incidents promptly to management. Enforce access control procedures for gates and monitor loiters. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities. Maintain detailed daily office report, incident reports and documentation of daily activities. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to address security concerns.

Requirements

Valid Full G License, Clean Driving Record and Access to a vehicle. Prior experience in security or related fields is preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security risks proactively. This role is part time suitable for students. Students with valid work permit can apply. Hours - 10:00PM To 5:00AM - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Some Tuesdays).
