Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and conflict management.

Duties

Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, exits, and other critical points. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if necessary. Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss prevention strategies. Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring safety for all parties involved. Control access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes. Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor activity and identify potential threats.

Requirements

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are highly desirable. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or conflict situations. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and law enforcement personnel. Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly when needed. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.
