Summary

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team in Mississauga. There are 2 positions, Full Time Weekend Nights and Part Time weekend days. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing reliable and effective security services.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action. Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft risks. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring procedures. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid security license as required by provincial regulations.

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
