Job Description
Commissionaires Great Lakes (CGL) is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1925 on a mandate that prioritizes providing meaningful employment for veterans and others committed to the well being of Canadians primarily in security guard and related services. Spanning Central and Southwestern Ontario, our services are customized to respond to the dynamic and evolving security needs of both private and public sector clients. These include uniformed guard, mobile response and support services, by-law enforcement and identification services.

Commissionaire

WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
:Securityreception/access control Internal and external patrols Prevention of theft, disorders and disturbances Ensuring that no loitering or soliciting takes place in the building Proving visitor/contractor escorts CCTV monitoring Access control Document controlling Emergency first aid response Fire safety prevention Building systems monitoring Alarm response Other duties as assigned by the Client, or the Regional Manager
WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma MUSTValid Ontario Security Guard License MUSTValid First Aid and CPR certificate
The Vulnerable Sector Check and CRJMC must be completed and submitted prior to the start date.
