Fortify Protection Inc is a security contractor that provides security services to high risk contracts. We are a select and small group dedicated to providing our contracts, clients, and their property the highest level of protection available. Fortify takes contracts specific in environments where guards interact with people struggling with mental health, addictions and homelessness. If an applicant is looking to further their work experience to expand into a Law Enforcement career, Fortify is the company for them.

Fortify consistently has guards who have moved on to municipal, provincial, and federal police services, as well as CBSA and Corrections. Our guards work closely every day with law enforcement, EMS and local Fire Departments while performing our duties and offering our first responders any assistance we can provide.

Fortify guards exercise high moral standing, respect, patience, and kindess every day with the ability to turn a firm hand if needed. Dealing with the clientele we do requires a perfect combination of caring and back bone. We want to make a difference and help everyone we can, but we will not have our kindness mistook for weakness.

Police Foundations/PSI Military Experience Non Violent Crisis Intervention Mental Health First Aid Use of Force (Baton/Handcuffing)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
