Summary

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team in Lethbridge. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment for our residents and staff by overseeing security measures and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The position is based in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises through surveillance systems and regular patrols to ensure safety. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies. Maintain detailed records of security activities and incidents. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address safety concerns. Enforce building rules and regulations respectfully. Conduct safety inspections of common areas. Assist residents and visitors with inquiries related to security. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with security procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in security or related field. Knowledge of surveillance equipment and security protocols. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Valid security license or certification preferred. Must pass criminal background check. Ability to work 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM as required. Current Drivers Abstract, and Criminal Record Check are required.
