Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to theft or other criminal activities. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure swift response in crisis situations.

Experience

Previous experience in security roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
