Responsibilities

Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance rounds to detect suspicious activity Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and first aid or CPR training when necessary Conduct thorough inspections of property to prevent vandalism or unauthorized access Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes

Experience

Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during tense situations Familiarity with security best practices Ability to perform physical duties including patrolling large areas, standing for extended periods, and conducting inspections

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
