G Force is seeking dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our team in Cranbrook, BC. As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors. Your presence will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where customers and employees can feel at ease.

Responsibilities

Maintain a welcoming and professional presence at all entrances and on-site Monitor premises to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity Patrol assigned areas and report potential risks or incidents Assist customers and staff with courtesy and discretion Enforce company policies to ensure safety and order Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with management or law enforcement as needed Complete accurate incident reports promptly Uphold professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Valid British Columbia Security Guard License (required). Previous experience in security or customer service is required. Professional appearance with excellent grooming and adherence to uniform standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact respectfully with diverse individuals. Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated sound judgment and effective decision-making, especially under pressure. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically capable of standing and patrolling for extended periods. Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to attend required training and meetings.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
