Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing theft or vandalism, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This role requires a professional with strong observational skills and a commitment to safety protocols. Prior experience in law enforcement or surveillance is highly valued.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Observe and report any security breaches or unusual behavior using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment Monitor access points to control entry and exit of personnel and visitors Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying potential theft or vandalism Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents according to established procedures Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety

Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques Strong observational skills with attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately Must be able to pass background checks and any required security clearances Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
