Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing detailed reports of incidents. Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a calm environment. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage to property.

Requirements

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is a MUST Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Must possess a valid security license where applicable and meet any local regulatory requirements. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
