Responsibilities for Dispatch Security Guard

Oversee communications in selected geographic areas Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities Record and maintain data and dispatch information Notify staff of road or traffic problems Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for Dispatch Security Guard

Be Authorized to work in Canada Must have valid Ontario Security Guard License Must have Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification(WSIB Approved) G/G2 Drivers Licence required Working Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act enforcement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism Strong documentation and report-writing abilities Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for the duration of your shift Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite) Self-defence, powers of arrest, or EMR training is considered a strong asset
