Position: Security Concierge

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Job Type: Full Time, 12 hours per day

Payrate: $18.50 - $19.00

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 0600 - 1800

Friday to Saturday: 0600 - 1800

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our site in Calgary. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work in 12 hour shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a Security Concierge, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of Security Experience Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. Excellent written and oral communication Must have a valid

Alberta Security License

. Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. First Aid and CPR Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. Assisting visitors in locating commercial tenants, shops, and amenities within the property. Providing a friendly and approachable presence at all times. Conducting regular safety patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks to the site and its visitors. Responding promptly to emergencies and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
