Mobile Supervisor
to join our dynamic team and help ensure our operations run smoothly.
Position Overview:
As a
Mobile Supervisor
, you will oversee multiple security sites, ensuring the highest level of security and service for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, performing on-site and virtual patrols, and working closely with our Operations Team to resolve issues, meet client expectations, and maintain compliance with all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all duties of a Mobile Supervisor, including oversight of security operations across multiple sites.
Manage multiple sites, making real-time decisions, solving problems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Oversee the CCTV monitoring centre and handle dispatch and scheduling duties to ensure optimal site coverage.
Conduct both virtual and physical patrols of assigned sites to ensure maximum visibility and security.
Address employee issues, manage conflicts, and respond to grievances in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Complete Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports, and other necessary written documentation as requested by clients.
Perform Security Guard duties when necessary, ensuring the safety and security of all areas under supervision.
Prepare and process relevant paperwork related to community requests, parking issues, and municipal by-laws.
Attend meetings with the Pillar management and site teams.
Maintain functions and tracking of equipment
Requirements:
Valid security guard license
Valid G class license
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the security or concierge industry.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team, handle conflict, and make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, dispatch systems, and security scheduling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, employees, and the public professionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Strong ability to manage time, maintain logs, and complete reports accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in parking enforcement or municipal by-law enforcement.
Knowledge of local parking regulations and security industry standards.
Previous experience with client-facing roles or customer service.
