Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $19.50 - $20per hour.

Schedule

Tuesday to Friday from 4pm to 11pm and Saturday 11am to 11pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquires Visit sites to coach , train and evaluate employees according to company standards Respond to major incidents and aid security staff with managing the situation Enforce property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets Issue parking violations Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

Job Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills - English - Written & Verbal Excellent Deportment Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Condominium Team player - positive, honest and motivated Basic Computer skills Valid Ontario Security Guard License Clean Driving Abstract G Drivers License
