What You'll Be Doing

As a team lead, you'll:

Oversee your area (hosting, admissions, food services, or operations) Support and encourage team members during their shifts Keep daily operations organized and running smoothly Communicate clearly with other leads and management Troubleshoot guest or operational issues with a calm, helpful mindset Support opening and closing routines, checklists, and daily reporting

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in customer service, food service, or supervising a team Calm and confident during busy times Positive, team-first mindset Dependable, organized, and professional Available most weekends and holidays during peak season

Pay + Perks

$20-$22 / hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
